A: Yes, absolutely. We are a professional sourcing company. Our website only shows a small portion of what we can offer. If you have specific items or photos, we can find the best factories for you in the Yiwu market and across China.

Q: Do you work with factories directly?

A: Yes. We have a vast network of verified manufacturers to ensure you get factory-direct pricing without middleman markups.

Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

A: MOQ can be very flexible (sometimes as low as 1-5 cartons per item). For customized orders, the MOQ depends on the specific product category.

Q: Can I put my own logo on the products and packaging?

A: Yes, we provide OEM/ODM services, including custom labels, tags, and packaging to help you build your own brand.

Q: How do you ensure the quality of the products?

A: We act as your "Eyes and Hands" in China. We conduct a 100% initial inspection when goods arrive at our warehouse and a final spot check before loading the container. We can send you inspection photos or videos for approval.

Q: What if I receive defective items?

A: We take quality seriously. If there are any quality issues caused by the factory, we will negotiate on your behalf for replacements or compensation before the final shipment.

Q: Do you provide consolidated shipping (LCL)?

A: Yes, this is one of our core strengths. We can collect goods from different suppliers, store them in our warehouse, and consolidate them into one shipment (LCL or FCL) to save your shipping costs.

Q: Can you provide translation and market guiding services?

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We usually accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) .Other payment terms can be negotiated based on the order quantity.
